Automation Controls

The services cover engineering, supply, installation and testing/ commission of the automation systems. All the services are performed in house and in close interaction with the client’s technical staff.
Apart from designing, supply & installation of a new system &upgradation of the existing systems –NIC also undertakes major shutdown projects.
NIC works on major LSTK projects and performs the following jobs:
- NIC is specialist in automation of the new process or upgradation or retrofitting or troubleshooting of the existing/obsolete system.
- Analyzing the Complete system and perform detailengineering & designing of the same.
- Complete Design of the panel diagrams, wiring diagrams, hook up drawings, interconnection & loop drawings as per the international standards.
- Selection of Hardware depending on the client specification and process requirement
- Programming in various languages - STL/Ladder/FBD etc., as per customers requirement.
- Assembling of Control and PLC panels.
- Testing of Sequence of Operation.
- FAT & SAT as per the logics.
- Hardware and software testing are performed and witness with client at our facility.
- Installation of the system at Site and performing the ISAT & loop checks.
- Final testing and commissioning at site.
- NIC provides the Monitoring solution from the basic HMI to the complete SCADA (WinCC, RS View, etc)
- NIC provides the communication solution at different protocols level (Serial, Modbus, Profibus, TCP/IP, FO).
- Designing, Supply and Installation of the relay based control panel for small applications.
- Design, Supply and Installation of the Marshalling cabinets
- Design, Supply and Installation of the local control cabinets.
- Supply, Installation & Testing of VFD’s.
- Documentation of the mandatory documents like hardware submittals, test reports, Installation & Commissioning procedures and As Built drawings.
- NIC provides the operation manual for operator and Maintenance & Troubleshooting manual for the Maintenance staff.
- NIC provides the customized training at different levels (Engineer, Technician, etc)
